It is full of a random mix of plants, bunches of not-quite-hardy things I'm over wintering, lots of good things to eat, and just random things to make me happy.
Lettuce couldn't be happier. I've never grown great lettuce in the garden, it always bolts and gets bitter, but the cool temperatures and short days are making this the most beautiful, delicious lettuce I've ever grown, by far.
I'm loving having loads of fresh herbs, including rosemary, parsley, thyme, and this yummy cilantro
And of course, some flowers. Pansies, I think, were meant to be grown in greenhouses. I've got pansies outdoors too, but their flowers are all beaten down into the mud by the rain, while these are pristine, fragrant, and wonderful.

That sounds heavenly to have a warm, HUMID greenhouse right now. I might have to go visit a local nursery to get the same effect.
Oh yes, I would LOVE to have a greenhouse! Unfortunately, I'd have to put in on my neighbor's property ;-)

I'm so jealous right now. So. So. Jealous. It's really encouraging to see that one can be done so cheaply and still be useful.
So glad that you're enjoying your greenhouse...and jealous to think of it being 80 degrees in there! I'd need three heaters going 24/7 to get that in mine.

I am so over the top jealous right now!! At work we shut the greenhouse down for the winter so no nice warm & humid sanctuary for me. But...very soon I will be building my own greenhouse as I am coming into some cash!!!!! Huzzah!

I've got one all planned out at my new place. Hopefully the landlord will allow it. I've wanted one for a long time.
Maybe more people will build a greenhouse now that you've shown how great they are and how to accomplish one. I certainly recommend doing so. A blog with a greenhouse is one of my favorite things to read.
